Description: Lake Champlain partners with conservation agencies in both New York and Vermont to develop continuing education (CE) courses for real estate agents. Learn why CE courses are valuable to real estate professionals and how real estate professionals serve as important natural resource stewards and points-of-contact for new people moving into regions with specific natural resource protections and permitting requirements. The webinar will explore the courses Lake Champlain Sea Grant already offers, how courses are developed, impacts tracked from courses, and how we are hoping to expand courses for NY in the future.
