Join us at the 2026 New York State Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association Conference, held at the Delta by Marriott, Utica, New York, April 28-30, 2026. This year's event features nearly 50 presentations, workshops offering continuing education credits, and full conference Certified Floodplain Management credits.

A late registration fee is added as of April 13.
PARKING
Delta Hotel by Marriott Utica offers secured, covered on-site self-parking in an attached garage for a fee of $10 per night. The parking garage is located on-site, providing convenient access to the hotel and conference activities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We encourage participants to cancel their registration as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. The earlier the cancellation, the better for both parties.
Cancellations made more than two weeks before the conference dates will be eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made after April 14th will result in a 50% refund. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after April 21st. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
